![]() BTT can't do this, though you can set triggers to only work when the cursor is over the dock, but it doesn't matter what app is under the cursor. Swish has a few actions it will perform when the cursor is over an app icon in the dock. ![]() Swish has a pinch action that will close the tab or window your cursor is over (does not have to be the active window).īTT will only interact with the frontmost app, and not the one under the cursor (though you can get around this by setting the start action to run an AppleScript to set the window under the cursor as the active window, then set a 2nd action to do whatever to the window) So you have to set a trigger to start the "gesture" recording, then whatever action you set for the gesture needs to end with the "stop recording" action to close the little drawing window you do the gesture in.īTT can't interact with Tabs like Swish can. You would need to use BTTs custom drawing gestures, which is rather poorly designed. So with Swish you can swipe down and to the left to move/resize a window to the bottom corner of the screen. Lazy atm, but if any of the workflows sound interesting just lmk which ones and I'll find them for you.īTT has way more customizable options, but it can't daisy chain gestures like Swish does.
